Sourdough topped with sliced avocados, feta cheese and fried egg. You can have this healthy toast for a power-packed breakfast or even as a snack.

Ingredients of Avocado Toast
- 2 slices Sourdough
- 1 Garlic head
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 Eggs
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Crumbled feta cheese
How to Make Avocado Toast

Cut the stem of the garlic, without peeling the entire garlic. Wrap the garlic around with foil, exposing the cut part of the garlic. Sprinkle the garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in a preheated oven (180 C) for 10 minutes.

In a pan melt half the butter and toast the sourdough. Scrap the baked garlic onto the sourdough and keep it aside. On the same pan, melt butter and crack the egg and fry till crispy from the bottom.

On the sourdough, place the sliced avocadoes, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, add the feta cheese and add the fried egg over the avocado.

Note: Instead of slicing the avocado, you can mash the avocado and mix in onions, tomato, cilantro, jalapenos and lime juice and follow the same recipe, thereafter.
