Ingredients of Biryani Roll
- 100 gms Chicken/Veg Dum Biryan
- 1 Tortilla Bread
- 10 gram Blend Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 gram Jalapeno Pepper
- 10 Sliced Onions
- 3 Chopped Green Chillie
- 5 gram Mint Mayo
- 15 gram Chipotle Sauce
- As Required Refined Oil (For Frying)
How to Make Biryani Roll
1.
Take a bowl and break egg and whisk it. Take a tortilla bread.

Apply mint mayo and chipotle sauce. Take dum biryani and put on the centre of bread
3.
Add sliced onions on the top of chicken.
4.
Sprinkle green chilli and jalapeno peppers on the top of it.
5.
Take a brush and apply beaten eggs on the sides of tortilla bread.
6.
Roll it like a spring roll. Deep fry rolls in oil at a temp of 130 to 150 degree celsius.
7.
Fry till golden brown colour. Serve with the dip of your choice
