Ingredients of Buknu

  • 1 cup amchur
  • 1 cup salt or to taste
  • 2 tsp haldi powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp heeng
  • 1 tsp kala jeera
  • 1 badi elaichi-seeds only

How to Make Buknu

1.
Heat oil and saute jeera, heeng, kala jeera and badi elaichi till a little aroma emanates.

Cool the sauteed ingredients.

Add amchur, salt and haldi
4.
Powder all the ingredients in a blender.
5.
Store in an airtight jar.
