Ingredients of Shaami Kebab
- 1/2 Kg Keema
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Flower javitri (mace)
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 Brown cardamom
- 2 Green cardamom
- 5-7 Black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup Channa dal
- to taste Salt
- 3 Bay leaves
- to taste Red chili powder
- Onion, chopped
- 1 Green chilli, chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil (to shallow fry)
How to Make Shaami Kebab

In a pressure cooker add keema, water, javitri, cinnamon, cloves, brown cardamom, green cardamom, black peppercorns, channa dal, salt, bay leaves, red chili powder.

Boil it for 3 whistles. Now add onions, green chilli. Mix it well.

Make round shaped medium sized patties.

In a pan add oil. Shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till a brown crust is achieved.
5.
Serve with onion rings and green chutney.
