How to Make Gosht Ke Sev (Mutton Kebab)
1.Cook the meat with salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste in just enough water to cover.
2.Simmer till the meat is tender.
3.Cool and shred the meat.
4.Heat oil in a large pan.
5.Fry the meat until colored, crisp and completely dry.
6.Sprinkle with chilli powder before serving on a bed of salad.
7.For the salad, arrange cucumber, onion and sweet lime on a plate.
8.Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the salad.
