How to Make Chakhle's Shami Kebab
1.In a pressure cooker add keema, water, javitri, cinnamon, cloves, brown cardamom, green cardamom, black peppercorns, channa dal, salt, bay leaves, red chili powder.
2.Boil it for 3 whistles. Now add onions, green chilli. Mix it well.
3.Make round shaped medium sized patties.
4.In a pan add oil. Shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till a brown crust is achieved.
5.Serve with onion rings and green chutney.
