Ingredients of Chhunddo (Mango Chutney)

  • 1 kg mango- raw, peeled, shredded and discard seed
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 250 gm salt
  • 30 gm cumin-powdered
  • 20 gm chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric

How to Make Chhunddo (Mango Chutney)

Mix all ingredients together and sun for a few days.

Stir off and on, till sugar dissolves and gets sticky. This should take about 5-7 days.
