Ingredients of Chicken Shahi Roll
- 250 gms chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tbsp ghee
- to taste salt
- to taste red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 Egg
How to Make Chicken Shahi Roll
1.
Blend together chicken, onion and all the spices and salt.

Add ghee, rice flour and some bread crumbs to the mixture. Knead lightly to make soft dough.

Make small rotis with the dough in hands, fill with some grated cheese and roll again to make cylindrical rolls.
4.
Beat the eggs. Coat the rolls in beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs. Deep fry.
