Ingredients of Chilli Garlic Paneer
- 200 gm Paneer
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tsp Chilli garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
- 8 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup Yogurt (curd)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
How to Make Chilli Garlic Paneer

Start by marinating the paneer cubes in yoghurt, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Heat oil in kadhai, saute the chilli garlic paste, green chillies and chopped garlic till the aroma releases.

Add the marinated paneer cubes and fry them till the paneer is cooked. The chilli garlic paneer is ready!
