- 30 gram Corn Pearls
- 30 gram Onions (sliced)
- 30 gram Tri Bell Pepper Julienne (sauteed)
- 40 gram Cucumber (sliced)
- 30 gram Tomato Julienne
- 10 gram Jalapenos
- 40 gram Lettuce
- 10 gram Croutons
- 10 gram Grated Processed Cheese
- 1 gram Parsley Leaves (chopped)
- For Creamy Buttermil Dressing:
- 10 gram Hung Curd
- 1 gram Chopped Garlic
- 2 gram Herb Seasoning
- 20 gram Sweet Onion Dressing
- 1 gram Chilli Flakes
How to Make Creamy Buttermilk Chicken Salad

For Creamy Buttermilk Dressing:In a bowl, add hung curd, garlic, herb seasoning, sweet onion dressing and chilli flakes. Mix it to a smooth dressing.

For Salad:In a clean bowl, add herb grilled pull chicken, corn pearls, sliced onions, tri bell pepper julienne (sautéed), cucumber sliced, tomato julienne, jalapenos, lettuce, creamy buttermilk dressing and hand toss it well till the dressing is coated.

Garnish with croutons, grated processed cheese, chopped parsley leaves and serve.
