Ingredients of Crispy Meat Nibbles with Yellow Sauce
- 1/4 kg boneless meat, cut into cubes
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground fennel seeds, roasted
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 3 split green chillies
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 large yellow capsicums, grilled and halved
- 1 Tbsp chopped spring onion
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 125 ml curd
- 3-4 Tbsp cream
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander
How to Make Crispy Meat Nibbles with Yellow Sauce

Place meat in a pan with water.

Add turmeric, ground fennel seeds, ginger, garlic, chillies and salt.

Cover and cook until meat is cooked.

Remove the lid and continue simmering until liquid evaporates.

For the yellow sauce:

Chop and peel some capsicums.

Cook spring onion in oil for a minute. Then pour in yogurt, cream and add chilli flakes.

Heat through sauce, season and add capsicum.

Heat oil and deep fry meat until crisp.

Transfer to a service plate. Stir coriander into the sauce before spooning over the meat.
