Ingredients of Duke Salad
- 300 gm rocket lettuce
- 2 Tbsp mushrooms - chopped
- 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of one lemon
How to Make Duke Salad
For the dressing:
1.
Take a bowl and add mushrooms, half of the parmesan cheese, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
2.
Add the rocket leaves.
3.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
