Ingredients of Murgh Kali Mirch
- Oven Temp: 450 F-220 C
- 4 chicken, drumsticks
- 1/4 cup (50 gm) dahi (yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp maida (refined flour)
- 1/4 tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp or to taste salt
- 4 Tbsp green peppercorns (crushed) mixed with 1 Tbsp vinegar OR 2 Tbsp sabut kali mirch (black peppercorns), crushed
- Oil to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Hara dhania (coriander leaves)
- Lemon wedges to garnish
How to Make Murgh Kali Mirch

Pierce the chicken and marinate in the dahi, maida, ginger, garlic, salt, and peppercorns for 4-5 hours.

About 20 minutes before serving, bake the chicken pieces over a drip tray, in a pre-heated oven, or grill in a barbeque, basting once half way through, for 15-20 minutes or untill tender.

Serve garnished with the hara dhania and lemon juice.
