Ingredients of One Pot Spinach, Beet & Garlic Linguine
- 210 Gram Refined flour
- 3 Eggs
- 20 gram Spinach paste
- 20 gram Beet root paste
- 20 gram Garlic paste
- A pinch of Salt
- 10 gram Sugar
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 30 gram Garlic
- 5 gram Parsley
- 50 gram Parmesan cheese
- 2 gram Dry oregano
- 2 gram Black crushed pepper
How to Make One Pot Spinach, Beet & Garlic Linguine
1.
Divide refine flour in three equal parts, and one egg in each part.

Add seasoning in equal quantity.

Add to this -spinach paste, beet paste & garlic paste.

Make a firm dough & let it rest for 30 minutes by keep it covered.
5.
Make small balls of dough, roll & cut in thin strips. Let it boil in water until it cooks.
6.
Sauté garlic in olive oil, toss pasta in a pan, season it & garnish with parmesan cheese.

Serve.
