- 1 Large carrot, peeled
- 2 Oranges
- 100 ml fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 6-8 ounces yogurt
- 3-4 Dates (pitted)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
How to Make Orange Boost
