About Orange Boost Recipe: A wholesome, delicious simple shake recipe that will not just fill you up for long but also help in boosting immunity due to the goodness of carrots and oranges.

Ingredients of Orange Boost

  • 1 Large carrot, peeled
  • 2 Oranges
  • 100 ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 6-8 ounces yogurt
  • 3-4 Dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

How to Make Orange Boost

  • 1.Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend nicely.
  • 2.Pour it out in a long glass.
  • 3.Serve chilled.

Recipe Notes

You can have it strained or unstrained.
