  • 2 Oranges
  • 100 ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 6-8 ounces yogurt
  • 3-4 Dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

How to Make Orange Boost
