Ingredients of Pasta Primavera
- 3 Cups whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots (cubed)
- 1/2 cup yellow capsicum cubed
- 1/2 cup green capsicum cubed
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes) cubed
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup green beans, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- to taste oregano
- to taste red chilli flakes
- to taste black pepper powder
- 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
How to Make Pasta Primavera
1.
Boil pasta in water and salt. Strain and save the pasta stock.

Heat some olive oil, saute all the veggies along with ginger, garlic, salt and spice powders.

Add cooked pasta and pasta water. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes.
4.
Garnish with lemon juice and grated cheese. Serve hot.
