Ingredients of Shrimp Diane
- 6 jumbo shrimps
- 100 gm sliced mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp shrimp stock
- 2 Tbsp spring onions
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- A dash of chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp parsley(chopped)
- 1/2 tsp each of pepper white pepper
- Diced basil
- Dried oregano
- Cayenne pepper
How to Make Shrimp Diane
1.
1. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a frying pan.

2. Add onions, mushrooms, peppers, cayenne, dried basil, oregano, salt, chilli sauce, shrimp stock and shrimps.

3. And cook for 2 minutes.

4. Turn shrimps over.
5.
5. Add remaining butter and parsley and shake the pan for about 2 minutes.
6.
6. Serve with rice.
