Ingredients of Spiced Rum
- 750 ml Dark Rum
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Star Anise
- 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
- A pinch of Freshly Ground Nutmeg
- 1 strip Orange Peel
How to Make Spiced Rum

Transfer the rum in an air-tight jar. Twist a strip of orange peel and add to the bottle.

Close the cap and shake well. Leave it in a dark place for two-three days.

Strain the mixture through a sieve. Transfer the spiced rum to a bottle and seal it well. Store in a dark, dry place.
