Ingredients of Tandoori Paneer Pakoda
- 200 gms Paneer, cut into cubes
- 3-4 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Besan
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
- to taste Salt
- to taste Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
How to Make Tandoori Paneer Pakoda

First marinate the paneer cubes in a paste of curd, lemon juice, salt, tandoori masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Let it sit for around half an hour.

Now make thick besan batter. Combine besan, baking powder, some salt, turmeric powder, jeera powder and red chilli powder.

Dip the marinated paneer cubes in the besan batter one by one and deep fry them.

Sprinkle some more tandoori masala and serve hot.
