Ingredients of Tawa Bread Rolls

  • 5 Bread slices
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped beans
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt according to taste

How to Make Tawa Bread Rolls

1.
Take a few slices of bread, cut their edges and roll them out.

For the stuffing of these rolls, mash some boiled potatoes and add vegetables like onion, carrots and beans.

Throw in masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, coriander powder and salt according to taste.

Mix these well and fill the bread with this stuffing.

Roll up the bread and close it with cornflour slurry.
6.
Pan fry these on a tawa. Once golden brown take these out.
7.
Serve and enjoy with your favourite dip.
