The Food-Knit Project
You'll have to look twice to make sure you don't confuse this warm fuzzy burger for a real one. A London based dynamic duo has re-defined 'comfort food' with their spunky knitted burgers and fries.
Jessica Dance, art director, model maker & prop stylist collaborated with photographer David Skyes to showcase a series of knitted British food. Laid out against a pristine white or cream background these knitted treasures capture the exact colour and depth of the food they represent.David Skyes was quoted on Mashable saying "I thought It would be nice to create a series which encapsulates the mood of British cafes, fast food joints and burger vans, but with a woolly twist."Here are some of my favourites from the 'Comfort Food Project':The Big Guy
