However, these retrenched employees are coming back with a vengeance to start their own enterprises, including eateries and food businesses. For instance, a woman from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was laid off from her job but she decided to start her own dhaba business which serves an economic thali priced at just Rs. 30! Take a look:

Indu, a woman from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, shared the post on her handle @lostgirl005. She wrote in her tweet, "Due to my job loss, I have started a new venture "Indu da Dhaba" having a thali of Rs. 30 only. Wish me luck." The tweet garnered over 40.6k likes and 5.5k retweets since the time it was shared. In the picture, we could see a simple Indian meal served in a stainless-steel plate. We could spot Rajma-Chawal, a chapatti, Boondi Raita and a few onions as part of the delicious thali priced at just Rs. 30/-.

Twitter users shared their support and best wishes for Indu's new venture and applauding her initiative to sell food at an economical cost. A few also wanted to know the exact location of the new eatery so that they could order food and pay her a visit.
