Ingredients of Banana Tea
- 250 Ml water
- 1/2 raw banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
How to Make Banana Tea

Pour some water in a pan and let it boil.

Pick up a raw banana and cut it into slices ( with peel)
3.
Add sliced bananas into the hot boiling water and let it boil until the banana skin starts peeling off (5-10 minutes)
4.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon power to the banana infused water and let it brew for few minutes.
5.
Strain the liquid in a cup and sip it half an hour before you hit your bed
