Ingredients of Boiled Chana Toast

  • 1/2 cup Chana
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • to taste Lemon juice
  • to taste Chaat masala
  • 2 Bread slices
  • Butter, as required

How to Make Boiled Chana Toast

Boil the chana with some salt. Transfer the boiled chana in a bowl and add onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander.

Add lemon juice and chaat masala and mix everything together. Toast two slices of breads and cut each from the middle.

Spread butter on the bread slices. Top with the chana and veggie mix and enjoy.
