Ingredients of Boiled Egg Omelette

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Boiled eggs
  • 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

How to Make Boiled Egg Omelette

Whip up 3 eggs and add salt, pepper, onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.

Once done beating, pour it on a hot tawa and add roundly cut boiled eggs on top of it. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder, pepper and salt to taste.

Cover for 5-10 minutes.

Flip the omelette to the other side and let it cook for next 5-10 minutes.

Add grated cheese and serve hot!
