Ingredients of Bubble Potato Chips
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Egg white
- 3 Tbsp Corn flour
- Salt as required
How to Make Bubble Potato Chips

Start by cutting thin round slices of potato, you can do that using a knife or even a slicer.

Now place all the slices on a flat surface, with each slice at even distance from another.

Make sure you have an even number of potato slices as you’ll need to place them on top of one other, in pairs.

Sprinkle salt on top of all the slices.
5.
Now, sieve corn flour on half of the potato slices. Brush the other of half of the potato slices with egg white.
6.
Place each egg washed potato slice on top of corn flour bathed potato slice.
7.
Next, deep fry the slices till they puff up and turn golden brown.
8.
Bubble potato chips are ready!
