Ingredients of Butter Chicken Sandwich Spread

  • 1 Cup Tiny chicken chunks
  • 2 large Tomatoes puree
  • 1 large Onion puree
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 1/4 cup Cashew paste
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

How to Make Butter Chicken Sandwich Spread

Marinate the chicken chunks with little haldi, red chili powder and salt for 10 minutes. Fry and keep aside after that.

In a pan add a mix of little oil and half the butter, add onion paste and cook it until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.

Add tomato puree and cook until the tomato puree changes colour.

Add dried spices like haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala and the remaining butter.

Cook for some time, add cashew paste, salt and cream too.

Now add the chicken chunks and simmer for 5 minutes more.

The butter chicken is cooked, now take off the heat and let it completely cool down.

Add mayonnaise and mix well until mayo and chicken gravy is well incorporated.
10.
Store in a glass airtight container and consume within 7-10 days.
