Ingredients of Chicken Popper
- 500 Gram Cubed boneless chicken pieces
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
How to Make Chicken Popper

In a bowl take chicken pieces, add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and mix properly.

In another bowl, take 2 eggs and beat them. In yet another bowl take the maida.

Now take a chicken piece, dip it in maida, then in then and then back in the maida. Shake lightly and place on a plate.

Once all of your chicken pieces are coated, deep fry them in oil until golden brown.
5.
Take them off the heat and serve as is with ketchup or mayo or a side of your choice.
Recipe Notes
If you want to level up these simple chicken poppers, you can make honey chilli chicken poppers are well. In a pan add a little oil, chilli sauce, honey and a sprinkle of white sesame. Once the sauce is thickened, add the fried poppers and mix until coated properly. Sprinkle some spring onions and enjoy this delicacy.
