Ingredients of Chicken Crispy
- 300 g boneless chicken strips
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Oil for frying
- For tossing:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp spring onion greens (optional)
How to Make Chicken Crispy

In a bowl, mix the chicken with cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper, salt and soy sauce. Add a little water to coat well.

Heat oil and deep fry the chicken on medium heat until golden and crispy. Drain and keep aside.

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add chilli flakes.

Toss the crispy chicken on high heat for a minute.

Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
