- 2 Cups Flax Seeds, ground
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
How to Make Flax Seeds Crackers

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
