Ingredients of Hara Chana Kebab

  • 1 bowl Hara chana (green chickpea)
  • 1/2 cup Spinach leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
  • A handful of Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • A pinch of Hing
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • A few drops of Lemon juice
  • Oil, to shallow fry

How to Make Hara Chana Kebab

To begin with, take a blender, add all the ingredients and grind until a smooth and consistent paste.

Once the paste is ready, divide it into 10-12 tiny balls. Then, flatten the balls with the help of your palms.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry all the kebabs until crisp and golden. Ps: You can also air-fry the kebabs.

Pair with your favourite dip and enjoy!
