How to make Hara Chana Kebab
Chana dal, spinach leaves, coriander leaves and mint leaves are combined with flavourful spices and shallow-fried until crisp and golden. Pair with your favourite dip and serve as a snack or appetiser.

Ingredients of Hara Chana Kebab
- 1 bowl Hara chana (green chickpea)
- 1/2 cup Spinach leaves (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
- A handful of Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- A pinch of Hing
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- A few drops of Lemon juice
- Oil, to shallow fry

To begin with, take a blender, add all the ingredients and grind until a smooth and consistent paste.
Once the paste is ready, divide it into 10-12 tiny balls. Then, flatten the balls with the help of your palms.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry all the kebabs until crisp and golden. Ps: You can also air-fry the kebabs.
Pair with your favourite dip and enjoy!
