Ingredients of Hyderabadi Paneer Curry
- 250 gms Cubed Paneer
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 5 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tsp Minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Refined oil
- 1 medium Sliced onion
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- salt as required
- 1 tsp Spice black pepper
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Dry Red chillies
How to Make Hyderabadi Paneer Curry

To prepare this delicious dish, take a pan with ghee and dry roast the cumin seeds, clove, black pepper, sesame seeds, red chillies. Then, add them to a mixer and grind them properly.

Then, heat oil in a pan and saute the paneer cubes and set aside.

Heat the oil in a separate pan and add curry leaves and onion to it. Saute them from a few minutes until the onions turn light brown. Now, add minced ginger and garlic along with the ground masalas.

Then, add milk to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Finally, add the fried paneer pieces and lemon juice. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Once cooked, transfer the dish to a serving bowl and serve hot.
