Ingredients of Leftover Roti Kheer
- 2 Roti
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Jaggery/sugar
- Chopped nuts
How to Make Leftover Roti Kheer

Chop roti into thin slices and keep aside. Heat 1 tbspn ghee in a pan.

Add chopped roti and sauté for a minute. Add milk and cardamom powder.

Let it boil for 2 mins.

Add jaggery or sugar and let it cook for another minute.

Top with crushed nuts and serve hot!
