Ingredients of Mango Suji Cake
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 1 cup Mango Pulp
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- A pinch of Salt
- To Garnish Pistachio (Chopped)
How to Make Mango Suji Cake

First of all, pre heat the oven at 170 degree C.

Now mix sugar, salt and baking powder with suji (semolina).

Add oil in the mixture and mix well. Add the mango pulp and mix again.

Set it aside for 10-15 minutes. Semolina will soak all the flavours of mango till then.

Place the mixture into the greased baking tray.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool down. Serve and enjoy!
