Ingredients of Mix Pakoda Platter

  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Chopped potato
  • 1 Chopped cauliflower
  • 5-6 Paneer pieces
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Mix Pakoda Platter

Chop onions, potatoes, cauliflower, paneer and spinach leaves. Wash them all properly.
Now in a bowl, add besan, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, dhaniya leaves, garam masala and some water.
Make sure that the batter has flowy consistency.
Once that is done, dunk your vegetables in this batter, and deep fry them in hot oil.
Take it out once crisp and brown. Serve and enjoy!
