Ingredients of Zucchini Pakora

  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 6 tbsp gram flour
  • sunflower oil for deep frying

How to Make Zucchini Pakora

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it together.

The zucchini leaves enough moisture to turn this into a batter.

Put the oil in a pan for deep frying and once it’s hot around 170 C then add small portions of the batter into the oil carefully.

Fry for 2-4 minutes in total, making sure to turn the pakoras halfway through.
5.
Cook until golden and crispy.
6.
Serve it hot with chutney of your choice or some ketchup.
