Ingredients of Mutton Malai Tikka

  • 4-5 Mutton pieces
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 cup Dahi
  • 2 tbsp Cream

How to Make Mutton Malai Tikka

First, clean the mutton pieces thoroughly. Yogurt, chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies should now be combined in a bowl.

Add chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Put this in a marinade, then set the mutton aside to rest.

Then, put the mutton chunks in a pan and fry them.

Once cooked, toss these pieces in a bowl. Pour some melted butter and cream and combine them. Serve and enjoy!
