Ingredients of No Oil Fish Curry

  • 5-6 pieces of fish
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 2 whole tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 4-5 garlic pods
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 cups water

How to Make No Oil Fish Curry

Roast fish on a non-stick pan

Roast tomato, garlic, and chilies on a gas stove.

Mash it with a help of a spoon.

Now in the pan add some oil, add chopped onions, and the roasted mixture of tomatoes, garlic, and chili.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, and one spoon of lemon juice.

Now add the semi-cooked pieces of fish to them. Add some water.
7.
Add 1 spoon of rice flour and mix with some water.
8.
Pour the rice flour slurry into the fish curry. Mix well.
9.
Garnish the dish with fresh coriander.
10.
Serve the fish curry hot.
