Saag Gosht is lip-smacking curry of juicy and succulent mutton pieces cooked with coarsely pureed spinach and some aromatic spices. It is best served with chapati, naan or even tandoori roti. You can also pair it up with rice.

Ingredients of Saag Gosht
- 5 Bunches Fresh mustard leaves (sarson)
- 1 Bunch Fresh spinach leaves (palak)
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 one-inch pieces Ginger sliced
- 6-8 Cloves Garlic sliced
- 2 medium Onions Sliced
- 4 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Cornmeal
- 300 gram Mutton curry-cut
How to Make Saag Gosht
1.
Heat three tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and onion and sauté for two to three minutes.

Add mutton pieces and cook it for 3-4 mins or till the meat will be seared then add roughly chop mustard leaves.

Cover and cook it till mutton gets tender.

Add roughly chop spinach and stir.
5.
Add chopped green chillies. Add salt to taste and stir well.
6.
Ready to serve!
