Ingredients of Sooji Manchurian
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2-3 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrot (Finely Chopped)
- 1 and a half cup Capsicum (Cut into large pieces)
- 2 Onion (Diced)
- 1 Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 2 tsp Soya Sauce
How to Make Sooji Manchurian

For balls: Take a large container, add sooji, curd, salt, pepper along with some finely chopped veggies. Add water and mix it well. Keep it aside.

Make small balls out of the dough and bake, air fry or steam them for about 10 minutes.

Once the balls are ready, heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic , green chillies and chopped cabbage, grated carrot and diced onions and capsicum. Saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.

To this add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce (optional) and tomato ketchup. Now add the water, stir and let it cook for minute or so.

Add corn flour mixed with water to thicken the consistency of the gravy. Now, add the manchurian balls to the pan and mix it well with gravy.

Garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy!
