Ingredients of Keto Manchurian
- 1/2 Cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1/2 cup Beans
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 2 tbsp Flax seed powder
- 2 tbsp Isapgol
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- Salt as per taste

To make this dish first add all your grated veggies in a bowl with salt, chilli powder, pepper, isapgol and flax seed powder.

Mix these well and make small balls. Then fry these.

Now in a separate pan add chopped ginger and garlic with chopped onion. Now throw in soy sauce, chilli sauce and a bit of vinegar.

Once this starts to sizzle, add the Manchurian balls and combine well.

Serve hot and enjoy!
