Ingredients of Spicy Chicken
- 1 chicken - whole without skin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Stuffing:
- 1 Tbsp spring onion paste
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 3 Tbsp boiled, cool rice
- 2 Tbsp shredded mint
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 egg to bind
- 1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
- Salt to taste
How to Make Spicy Chicken
1.
Combine all chicken spices with vinegar and rub over chicken.
For stuffing:

Lightly fry onion in oil for 1 minute, add garlic and after one 1/2 minute remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

Fill into chicken cavity.

Bake at 220 degree C for about 40 minutes, until tender.

Serve hot.
