  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves, for garnish

How to Make Tandoori Chicken Strips

To begin with, add curd, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, tandoori masala, oil, and salt to a bowl. Mix well.

Add the chicken strips to this mixture and make sure to coat them well. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour or so.
