Ingredients of Tandoori Chicken Puffs

  • 300 gms boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 puff pastry sheets
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Tandoori Chicken Puffs

To make tandoori chicken puffs, start by preparing the tandoori chicken filing. For this, add the yoghurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, and lemon juice to a bowl.

Add the boneless chicken pieces to it. Mix well and allow it to marinate for at least half an hour. Once done, cook it in a pan drizzled with oil. Keep aside.

Now, take the puff pastry sheets and cut them into small rectangles. Place the prepared tandoori chicken filling in the centre of each, and fold all the edges nicely. Make sure it is properly sealed from all sides.

Brush a beaten egg on top of all the puffs and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes or until fully done. Serve hot along with your favourite sauce.
