1.
Take a big bowl, and add whisked yoghurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Mix well so that all the ingredients are combined well. Now add the chicken pieces in the mixture and make sure they are coated well. Keep it aside for at least one hour.
2.
In a pan, heat oil/ghee over medium heat. Gently place the marinated chicken in the pan and cook until it’s soft and slightly charred. Keep it aside.
3.
On a tawa, warm up the parathas. Now add a generous layer of barbeque sauce, mint chutney, lettuce, and cooked chicken pieces. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves, and shredded cheese on top of it.
4.
Drizzle a bit of mint chutney on it. Now wrap all the ingredients tightly and heat a pan. Dab some ghee over the paratha and grill on both sides. If you want the cheese to melt, cover the wrap with a lid for 30 seconds so that the steam melts it.
5.
Once crisp brown, remove from the pan. Slice it into half and it’s done!
