Ingredients of Tandoori Veg Kathi Roll

  • 1 Cup Mixed vegetables, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Plain yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 nos Whole wheat flour parathas
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 1 nos Tomato, sliced
  • 3-4 nos Lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp Hot and Sour sauce

How to Make Tandoori Veg Kathi Roll

In a bowl, add yoghurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt, and mix all the ingredients well.

Now add mixed chopped vegetables to the marinade and combine all the ingredients well. Keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.

Take a pan and add a little oil to it. Once heated, add the marinated vegetables to the pan and cook until they are mushy. Make sure to keep stirring the veggies so that the yoghurt base does not stick to the pan base.

In the meantime, warm up the parathas on a skillet or tawa until they are soft and tender. Once the veggies are cooked, assemble the Kathi roll.

Place lettuce leaves on parathas and add a generous layer of chopped veggies. Top these with sliced onions, tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves. Drizzle some hot and sour sauce over it, and voila! Your tandoori veg kathi roll is ready to serve!
