Ingredients of Whole Wheat Nankhatai
- 2 Cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 cups powder sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp rawa
- A pinch of salt
- for garnishing almonds
How to Make Whole Wheat Nankhatai

In a bowl put all the flour, add baking powder, rawa and mix all together.

In a separate bowl, add ghee and sugar powder mix it with your hand and add yogurt.

Mix in the dry ingredient to the ghee- sugar. Combine to make a dough.

Make small balls and pat it gently to flatten the top portion.
5.
Add an almond on top of each nankhatai, place them on a greased tray or lined baking tray.
6.
Place the pan in a pre-heated oven (200 degrees Celsius).
7.
Bake (170 degrees Celsius) for 16 minutes until the edges of the nankhatai changes the colour to light brown.
