How to make Naankhatai
Naankhatai or Indian shortbread cookies are crunchy, sweet and delicious blend of sugar and flour. Just the perfect tea-time snack you would ever binge on, Naankhatai is a very popular cookie in India as well as Pakistan where it is also known as Kulcha-e-Khataye. This recipe here is a very easy version with minimal of ingredients for an easy and quick baking.

Ingredients of Naankhatai
- 500 Gram Ghee
- 500 gram Fat
- 1 kg Icing sugar
- 750 gram Wheat flour
- 250 gram Gram flour
- 10 gram Cardamom powder
How to Make Naankhatai

Cream Ghee, fat and ice sugar in a bowl.

Fold with whole wheat flour, gram flour and cardamom powder.
3.
Roll into individual 18 grams balls and place it on the baking tray.
4.
Bake it at 180°C for 18 minutes.
5.
Cool down on a rack.
